Through the Resources and Community pillar, we partner with organizations like the Latino Community Development Agency (LCDA) to expand our knowledge and resources.

We intentionally offer educational workshops and panel discussions tailored for Latino professionals to enhance their skills. Covering diverse topics, such as boosting your personal brand, these events provide attendees with opportunities to connect with industry leaders from organizations like Paycom and Metro Tech.

Through Cafecitos, we are identifying gaps in representation and connecting our members to opportunities that position them to be change-makers and decision drivers.

We have successfully partnered with over 10 organizations including the Society of Marketing Professionals Services and OKC Thunder, cultivating meaningful relationships. OKCLYP networking events provide a valuable platform to exchange ideas, collaborate, and expand your horizons.

The Mentoring Program was designed to connect aspiring young professionals with experienced, qualified mentors in a culturally conscious environment.

Since 2022, we have exposed over 200 Latino Young Professionals to the Film industry and career experts through Una Noche Con deadCenter. This partnership allows us to share the stories of our culture and community.
